HRIS Analyst
Leading Cincinnati company has an immediate need for a HRIS Analyst for a permanent position. This role will be hybrid will partial remote and partial onsite.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing multiple HR projects of various size, complexity and focus including systems implementations and enhancements, data analytics, reporting, dashboarding and continuous improvement.
• Balances assigned projects with ad hoc reporting and troubleshooting to support and collaborate with HR Business Partners and end users.
• Maintain HRIS system and data integrity within the system(s) through query review and data analysis
• Evaluate HR systems to identify points of improvement
• Ensure data integrity and effective HR system utilization
• Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
• Create reports using Cognos, SQL, or other reporting tools
• Develop and maintain queries and reports (standard, scheduled and/or ad hoc) utilizing Cognos, SQL, or other reporting tools to support business processes and to provide necessary HR data analytics
• Implement process improvements and policy changes designed to improve efficiency and the user experience with the system
• Serve as the go-to subject matter expert for the HR system(s) and tools used in the organization
• Serve as a system administrator for HR systems and applications

Requirements include:
• Bachelor’s degree Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, or related area (Equivalent experience acceptable)
• 3 or more years of Human Resources Information Systems experience to include query development, data analysis, testing and/or implementation of systems or applications
• Analytical skills to work with large amounts of data; ability to see through the data and analyze it to find conclusions
• Experience in the design, development and use of relational databases and reporting tools
• Ability to apply HR functional knowledge to the HRIS environment to improve business processes and procedures
• Strong planning and organizational skills
