Job Title:         Salesforce Administrator

Location:        Indianapolis, IN
Industry leading company has an immediate need for a Salesforce Administrator for a permanent position.


Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring that multiple implementations of Salesforce CRM is, and continues to be, an effective tool for the company’s global sales, marketing and

service teams.

  • This role will serve as the global contact for Salesforce and is essential to keeping the tool working properly, helping set direction and executing and planning future improvements.
  • Maintain current customizations, including the assignment rules.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering and prioritization with business users for improvements.
  • Work with the business to make the tool more effective. This would include customization of fields, page layouts, record types, reports and dashboards.
  • Develop and Design custom objects and code as needed.



  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5 years’ experience with Salesforce
  • Flexibility to meet continuously changing priorities and challenges
  • Ability to drive things to completion
  • Use of Data migration tools for loading data into
  • Experience with APEX programming language, VisualForce development, and report writing software
