Our well-established, central North Dallas client is seeking to hire an experienced SQL Technical Data Specialist to assist with design and implementation of application controls and to ensure database security, database integrity, dependability, and reliability.
This is a hybrid role (3 days per week onsite/2 days remote) and candidates must live in the DFW area or be willing to permanently relocate there. Not available for visa transfers or C2C.

Requirements include:
3+ years of technical SQL Server experience.
Must have experience manipulating many source files, designing, implementing, testing and maintaining SQL applications.
Must be proficient in scripting and/or other programming languages that facilitate data analysis including methods to cleanse, train and analyze data in real-time. Should also be familiar with optimizing report queries using partition and indexing.
Experience with Message Broker a plus.

Responsibilities include:
Participate and/or lead various teams to define, facilitate, perform planning, and/or conduct tasks associated with software installations, upgrades, and patch installations.
Design, test, implement, monitor and maintain system infrastructure and processes in accordance with department goals to improve workflow and deliver timely, accurate data to various systems and applications with minimal prior-period corrections.
Assist with the development and documentation of business flow processes and procedures.
Assist with design and implementation of application controls and to ensure database security, integrity, dependability, and reliability in accordance with business requirements.
Extract, test, and deliver ad hoc volume data requests to various departments.
