Job Title: Systems Analyst – UI/UX Focus

Type: Long-Term Contract
We are seeking an experienced Systems Analyst with a strong UI/UX focus to enhance the usability, accessibility, and responsiveness of enterprise applications. This role will lead user-centered design initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex business needs into intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct user research, journey mapping, and discovery workshops to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual hierarchies using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.
• Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG) and organizational branding guidelines.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to support agile development cycles.
• Design interfaces for systems incorporating AI/ML, with attention to explainable AI and human-AI interaction.
• Present complex data and workflows through effective visualization and design strategies.
• Facilitate feedback sessions and sprint planning to align design with user and business objectives.
Qualifications:
• 11+ years of experience designing user interfaces and experiences for enterprise systems.
• Expertise with UX design principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
• Strong background creating wireframes, prototypes, and user journeys in agile environments.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and usability testing platforms.
• Experience in data visualization and complex system design.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills; proven ability to lead workshops and design reviews.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
